How his articles are made
Every article under his name is built the same way, and the process is stated here so you can judge the result with it in mind.
- It starts from Manamancer's own data. The daily price archive (market prices recorded per printing), the local card index built from Scryfall's card database, and the precon catalog are the raw material. Card text is read from Scryfall's data — the local index, or Scryfall's public set data for cards too new to be in it — rather than recalled, and a price is quoted with the date it was read, because a price is only true on that day.
- Outside facts come from public sources. When a piece needs something Manamancer does not hold — a release date, a retail price or a decklist announced by Wizards of the Coast, or deck counts from EDHREC — it is taken from that source rather than from memory, and a count that moves over time is dated in the text.
- The draft is written with AI assistance. An AI writing assistant drafts the prose from those figures. It is used to write up data the site already holds, not to produce pages in bulk, and nothing it drafts is published unread.
- He edits, fact-checks and approves it. Aymeric edits each draft, checks its figures and claims against the data they came from, cuts anything that cannot be sourced, and approves it for publication. No article goes live without that approval, and the opinions in a piece — a ranking, a verdict on a card — are ones he stands behind.
Articles that only announce something about the product itself, such as the launch post or the tutorial announcement, are signed Manamancer instead, because they speak for the site rather than argue a view.

Corrections and contact
If a figure in one of his articles is wrong, or a card text has changed since it was quoted, send the article's URL and the specific sentence through the contact page or to support@manamancer.com. When a figure is corrected, the sentence that carries it is corrected and re-dated rather than silently swapped.
