The main contact for Manamancer is support@manamancer.com. Use it for product support, account or privacy questions, public-content reports, copyright concerns, and questions about the service's policies.

Product and account help
For a bug or product question, include:
- the page or feature you were using;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- steps that reliably reproduce the problem, if you know them;
- your browser and device type; and
- a screenshot if it clarifies the problem.
If the issue concerns an account, write from the email address associated with that account when practical. Do not send a password, one-time code, API key, complete payment-card number, or authentication token. Manamancer support does not need those secrets to investigate a problem.
Report a public deck, profile, or comment
Public community content can be reported by emailing support@manamancer.com with a clear subject such as Public content report.
Please include all of the following:
- The exact public page URL. For example, send the complete
/d/...deck URL or/u/...profile URL rather than only a deck or username typed from memory. - The deck name, profile username, comment, or other specific material you are reporting.
- A concise explanation of the issue and the policy, right, or safety concern involved.
- Any helpful context, such as the date you saw it or a screenshot. Do not include unrelated personal information.
- An email address where we can ask a necessary follow-up question.
This route is appropriate for suspected harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful material, inappropriate profile text or imagery, and other concerns about content visible on a public deck or profile. A report is reviewed in context; sending one does not guarantee a particular outcome.
If a page is unavailable by the time you report it, the original URL and any screenshot are especially useful. Do not copy or redistribute harmful material more widely simply to document it.
Copyright or policy concerns
For a copyright or other rights-related notice, use the subject Copyright or policy notice and include:
- your name and a reliable way to contact you;
- the work, mark, or other right you believe is affected;
- the exact Manamancer URL and enough detail to locate the material;
- why you believe the use is unauthorized or violates a policy;
- whether you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- any correction or removal you are requesting.
Providing a precise URL is important because a card name or deck title may appear on several different pages. Manamancer may request additional information needed to understand or verify a notice.
Manamancer is unofficial Fan Content permitted under Wizards of the Coast's Fan Content Policy. Magic: The Gathering card data and images are provided by Scryfall, and Magic's names, images, symbols, and logos belong to Wizards of the Coast. The site footer links to the relevant attribution sources.
Privacy and legal questions
The Privacy Policy describes the personal information Manamancer processes, retention, service providers, cookies, advertising-related processing, and how to exercise privacy rights. For an access, correction, deletion, portability, consent, de-indexing, or privacy-incident question, email support@manamancer.com with the subject Privacy request and describe the request without attaching unnecessary identity documents.
The Terms of Service govern use of the service. Questions about those terms, the identity of the operator, or a formal notice can use the same support address.
What happens after you write
Messages are evaluated according to their subject and the information provided. Complex reports can require follow-up, particularly when a page has changed or the sender is acting for someone else. There is no need to send repeated copies of the same report; instead, reply to the original email thread if you have material new information.
